Firefighters Monitoring Hot Spots At Log Fire

Firefighters are monitoring hot spots after dousing flames at a big log pile fire in the Parker area at a mulch company on Tuesday. The fire in four log stacks started Tuesday afternoon at Waupaca Materials on North Track Road. No injuries were reported. The cause remains under investigation. Crews are expected to monitor hot spots on the fire for the remainder of the week.
