Yakima County Elections Manager Kathy Fisher says ballots will be available by Wednesday. County Auditor Corky Mattingly says she predicts a high 80 percent turnout for the presidential election. Mattingly says the turnout will be similar to what it was in 2008. 105,000 ballots will be dropped in the mail today and should begin arriving in mailboxes on Wednesday. The ballots are due on November 6th, Election Day.
