Ballots for the upcoming August 5 primary election are being returned to the auditors office at a slow rate.

I was bummed as I dropped off my ballot this morning at the ballot box in Prosser because I see my Facebook friends in voting booth states sporting their "I voted" stickers. I think it would be great in mail-in ballot states if they included those stickers in our ballot envelope.
