Drive Through Food Distribution Saturday in Yakima

If you are currently struggling to keep food on the table, know that you are not alone and the Salvation Army wants to help. A drive through food distribution is set for Saturday, July 18 at The Salvation Army in Yakima at 9 South 6th Avenue.

The event begins at 9:00 a.m. and will continue until all boxes have been distributed.

Salvation Army officials say please help spread the word, assist those without a vehicle, and also one vehicle per family.
They say the distribution is on a first-come, first-serve basis with little to no contact for everyone's safety.
The volunteers will place the box of food in your vehicle.
