Do You Know A Recycling Renegade?

There's no cash or trophies but the Yakima County Solid Waste Division is looking to recognize recycling heroes in the Yakima Valley. Do you know someone who goes above and beyond...someone who recycles toilet paper rolls? If you know that person then nominate them as a recycling hero. The deadline for nominations is April 4th.
