I’m not a big fan of daylight saving time—especially now that I know it could be bad for our health!Some scientists say daylight saving time is a waste of time. Here’s their rationale –in the U.S., Canada and other parts of the world day light saving time robs afternoons of an hour of daylight, taking away time for outdoor activities that help people stay healthy.

The extra daylight would also help folks produce more natural vitamin D, which is created when the body is exposed to the sun, experts say.
