I’m a local spokesman for Sleep Country USA.  I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic  and it is fantastic.  But as great as it is, the  National Sleep Foundation says there is a way to fall asleep better and faster.  The Foundation took a poll and found out that If you’ve got an extra set of clean sheets in the linen closet – put them on before you go to bed  and you’ll sleep better.  It seems most of us, 73% , fall asleep faster and sleep sounder on clean sheets. Michael Breus, author of “The Sleep Doctor’s Diet Plan explains the phenomenon: It’s soothing to know the place you’re about to spend the next six to eight hours is clean and well cared for.  That makes sense but as they say on TV…But wait there’s more!!

To really enhance your dream-time, give your clean sheets a tumble in the dryer or spritz with scented linen spray. The fresh aroma will encourage relaxation and help to relax muscles.
