Yakima County Prosecutor Joe Brusic was back on the KIT Morning News on Wednesday (8/12/20) to talk about how concerns over the Coronavirus are impacting the Justice half of Law & Justice.

Finding potential jury members, providing the accused with sufficient access to their attorneys, getting trials scheduled and more, are all challenges facing the county.

You may ask yourself, "I'm not a criminal, how does all that affect me?"  And the answer is "first of all, let's hope you aren't a criminal and secondly, you also don't want to be a victim either because Coronavirus is forcing some crime fighting compromises and many minor crimes aren't being pursued, investigated or prosecuted.  If you are the victim, you are likely to be on your own with no legal recourse.
