Country Superstar Dwight Yoakam Coming To Yakima In July

Country music and country radio has left a lot of extremely talented performers behind in the gallop to get "young."  "Young Country" doesn't know what it's missing--but they can find out --Tuesday July 9th at 7:30 -- when the king of California country, Dwight Yoakam comes to Yakima's Sundome.

                                                                                                                                            The country crooner has an impressive body of work, selling more than 25 million albums worldwide, 21 grammy nominations, multiple GRAMMY award wins, five albums topping Billboard’s Country Albums chart, with another 14 landing in the Top 10.

All that and more, lead to his receiving the Artist of the Year award at the 2013 Americana Music Honors & Awards ceremony.
