Coroner Identifies Body Found in Wapato

The body of a man found in the lower valley in July has been identified by the Yakima County Coroners office. Coroner Jim Curtice says the body is that of 28-year-old Maverick Craig. He was identified through dental records. His cause of death has yet to be determined.
Craig's body was found at Donald Road near exit 44 on I-82 in Wapato on July 21.
A press release from the coroners office says he had been missing since December 1 of 2018. The investigation into his cause of death continues Today.
