City Offering Help To Set Up Online City Bill Payments

Paying bills online. For some it's simple and part of life today. However for others it can be a difficult task to figure out how to actually set up a payment system. So Yakima City officials say they're offering one-on-one assistance in person to help residents register their City water, sewer, garbage and irrigation accounts online. They say online payments allow City utility customers to manage their accounts at their convenience without coming to Yakima City Hall, which is closed to the public due to the state’s COVID-19 restrictions

The one-on-one sessions are by appointment only from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each Tuesday starting August 11th. The sessions will be held at the City’s Harman Center, 101 N. 65th Avenue. Call the city utility services division to make an appointment at 575-6080.
