Washington State Patrol troopers say they found the driver of a BMW SUV that plunged into the Tieton River on Monday. Thirty-two-year-old Vadim Baran of California was found walking in his underwear along Highway 12 about two miles from the crash site. Baran was taken to a hospital to be checked out before he was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended California driver’s license, and hit and run.
Now investigators want to know what he was doing and where he was for the 12 hours he was missing between the time he crashed and the time he was found. *********************
