Brian’s Blog: How Did You Spend The First Day of Summer?

Summer's here, and today it's raining in the Yakima Valley. How did you spend yesterday, the first full day of summer?

Although I'm really happy that summer is here, the second full day of summer makes me just a little bit wistful. After all, the days will be getting shorter now. Here in the northern latitudes in the United States, it will still be light until almost 9PM from now until the end of July, and August and September here in the Valley have the best weather of the year. So it's still great.
