
Boston Bomb Explosion Claims Life of 8-Year-Old Boy While Watching His Dad Run
Martin Richard was waiting for his father to cross the Boston Marathon finish line when the first bomb exploded. The 8-year-old Martin was killed in the blast; his mother, Denise, and his 6-year-old sister both suffering serious injuries and remain hospitalized. Last night in front of the Richard family's Dorchester, Mass home. A single candle was lit with one word written beside it on the sidewalk: "peace".
