Another arrest has been made related to the triple murder in West Valley in February. Yakima county deputies earlier this month arrested 48-year-old, Tennance Buckingham. He's facing charges of trafficking stolen property and lying to detectives about murder suspect, Kevin Harper. More specifically, investigators say Buckingham had the victims' laptop computer. Detectives were questioning him about his friendship with Harper when they discovered the murdered family's property. Buckingham was arrested at a drug rehab center in Spokane and brought back to Yakima to face charges. A sheriff's spokesman tells our news partner KIMA Action News, Buckingham was not involved in the February home invasion and murders of Bettye, Pauline and Bill Goggin. Buckingham is now expected to testify as a key witness in the case against Harper.
