4th District Congressman Dan Newhouse appeared on KIT's Morning News radio show just hours after voting on the two year federal budget. The measure passed 240 to 186 with 67 republicans and 119 democrats voting no. Among the no votes - Representative Newhouse who explained how the deficit drove his decision.

Newhouse also shard his concerns for a DACA deal and for an honest investigation into the integrity of the FISA court process, having pre-read both the Republican and Democrat memos coming out of the House Intelligence committee.

Here are his thoughts on the two year budget busting budget with more than 300 billion in new spending over the next couple of years.
