A two vehicle crash in the lower valley has taken the lives of four people including a 3-year-old child but a 4-year-old survived. According to the Washington State Patrol a vehicle was traveling west on State Route 22 near Granger when the driver crossed the center line and crashed into another vehicle traveling eastbound. The crash was reported at about 3:00 a.m. Wednesday.
Washington State Patrol Troopers say 3 people, including a 3-year-old child were killed in the vehicle that crossed the center line but another 4-year-old child survived and was taken to the hospital. The other driver was also killed. The child taken to the hospital is expected to survive. The crash was reported at about 3:00 a.m. Wednesday. Shortly after the crash State Route 22 was closed for an investigation. The road has since been reopened. The cause of the crash and the crash itself remain under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.
