Parents can breathe a little easier this summer, as dozens of coaches for Yakima Valley grid kids will receive training for the upcoming sports season. Yakima coaches will be certified in CPR and receive training covering concussions, basic life support, common sports injuries and heat-related emergencies. The free certification training will be provided by staff of Memorial Sports Medicine Advantage. The four-hour training takes place at Lakeview Spine Physical Therapy today and tomorrow from 6:10 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..
