Each one of us is different. Like a love language our soul ignites and relaxes in unique ways and it's important to identify what works best for you. A spa day might be your go to but coming up with the money to handle that can be a stress within itself.
Perhaps it's walking through the grass each day in your bare feet, working towards a daily yoga or meditation practice, getting your hands dirty in the garden or turning off your cellphone and television and curling up to read a good book. Self-care is one of the most important parts of life and it looks different to each and every person. You have to fill-up your own cup before you can fill the cups of others and sometimes we forget that!
