Yakima Salvation ARMY Offers Limo Rides for Toys

Santa Clause is helping to raise money for the Yakima Salvation Army Today. He's ringing the Salvation Army Bell at Rosaurs until 1:00 p.m. Stop by and shake a hand and say hello. Don't forget some spare change to drop in the red kettle.
Then on Saturday Sunwest Limousine kicks off their Christmas Light Tour by giving free limo rides from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in exchange for a new toy to be given to a child for Christmas. The Limo’s leave every hour starting at 5:00 p.m. from Apple Tree Resort at 8804 Occidental Avenue.
The toys collected will be given to kids as part of the Toys for Tots program. Each year the Yakima Salvation Army helps hundreds of families with toys and food baskets.
