Yakima Police Find Kidnapping Victim and Arrest Suspect

Yakima Police on Tuesday found the victim and arrested a suspect in a kidnapping reported on Sunday in the 1000 block of South Ninth Street. Officers arrested 30-year-old Victor Valencia-Zamora and found 27-year-old Gregoria Isabel-Montano at a home on North Sixth Street early Tuesday morning. Valencia-Zamora is being held in the Yakima County jail on charges of kidnapping and felony assault. Police say Isabel-Montano was not injured. Police say she's not fully cooperating with the investigation.
