WSDOT Roadwork Will Slow Traffic South of Union Gap This Week
Fog isn't the only thing that's been patchy around the Yakima Valley lately -- Washington State Department of Transportation crews are busy patching some bumpy roads south of Union Gap.
And that, according to a Friday afternoon WSDOT news release, will mean some traffic delays Monday through Wednesday (Dec. 4-6).
If you're driving west on Interstate 82 just south of Union Gap, be ready for a round-the-clock, single lane closure. U.S. Highway 97 near Satus Creek could get snarly, too -- WSDOT work will mean alternating traffic between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 7).
