White Pass Ski Area to Open Tomorrow

If you are waiting to see if the White Pass Ski area will open you'll have to wait at least until tomorrow. Officials at the ski area are hoping to open either Friday or Saturday. But they wont' make the call until later today or tomorrow to see what happens with the weather. Rain and warmer temperatures are in the forecast, if that forecast doesn't impact the snow-pack it's likely skiers and boarders will be at white pass on Friday or Saturday. 6 inches of snow fell overnight. There's currently 22 inches at the base and 46 inches at the summit.
