Election day 2020 and the Yakima County Auditors Office says 59% or 76,606 ballots have been returned to the office. Auditor Charles Ross says he expects another big batch of ballots Tuesday and more after election day. If you've waited until this last minute to vote your ballot you can place your ballot in a drop box or the mail. Drop boxes are located in Yakima, Wapato, Toppenish, Parker and White Swan.

If you are not registered to vote you can do that Tuesday. All you have to do is walk into the auditors office inside the Yakima County Courthouse. You can both register and vote in Tuesday's election. Ballots will be counted just after 8:00 p.m.
