Stop and Go Owners Vow To Rebuild After Fire

The owners of the Stop and Go Drive-In on Fruitvale Blvd. say they'll be back! The fire last week destroyed the business at 2820 Fruitvale Blvd. Damage is estimated at $115,000. The cause remains under investigation.
The restaurant has been a landmark in Yakima since 1948 and the owners Anthony and Josie Wade didn't take long to make a Facebook post last week vowing to rebuild and continue a family legacy. The post didn't say when they'll begin rebuilding but they say it's in the plans.
