Shots Fired In Northeast Yakima 2 Teens Arrested

Yakima Police have arrested two suspects after shots were fired in Northeast Yakima earlier today during a car chase. Capt. Jeff Schneider says officers were called to a Northeast yakima neighborhood at about 7:30 this morning after reports of a car chase and shots fired. Schnieder says it appears the victim had witnessed the suspects trying to steal a car in the area. The suspects took off and the victim chased them until the suspects fired shots at the victims' car. The suspects car crashed on north 4th street before the two were taken into custody. the investigation continues today. No injuries were reported. Both suspects are teens...one age 13 the other 15 years old.
