WANT TO GO TO A MARINERS GAME? ONLY 9,000 PEOPLE CAN GET IN

Oh, man! I haven't been to a Seattle Mariners game in years, it's been almost a decade!

What I wouldn't give to be sitting in the stands munching on some garlic fries that I got by texting some dude on my phone to bring it to me. How I would rejoice to be relaxing in the glorious city of Seattle sunshine while hearing random fans screaming at the umpire for making a terrible call on a play.

If only I could be one of the lucky chosen few to nab a seat at one of the upcoming games that the Seattle Mariners are opening up to the public beginning April 1st. I'm not sure I would actually attend a game right now, especially since I have not received my COVID-19 vaccine because I am too young to qualify in Phase 2B or whatever phase it is that we are in right now.

Maybe you could be one of those blessed and highly favored who can get one of these 9,000 game tickets. MLB went through a lot of hoops to get permission for this amount of fans to be allowed in the games, and ultimately, Governor Inslee gave his seal of approval for the limited amount of fans to attend the games, as the Seattle PI reports.

If you want to attend any of the ten (10) available Seattle Mariners games, you'll have to be quick about it. Up to six (6) people in one household can buy tickets to sit together. And of course, season ticket holders get first grabs at tickets, and then we single people will have to pray to all of the gods of the universe to have a chance for any ticket remainders.

The Mariners will take on the San Francisco Giants, Chicago White Sox, Houston Astros, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Angels, to start.
