The three way competition to find the Seahawks starting quarterback this season is now underway at training camp in Renton.

When Seahawks training camp opened up, incumbent starter Tavaris Jackson was taking reps with the first team offense on Saturday. Free agent acquisition Matt Flynn stepped in with the starters on Sunday, and rookie Russell Wilson goes today. All three quarterbacks have looked sharp in various drills.

National sports media is making much of Coach Pete Carroll's QB competition, some saying that the starter needs to be established now to get in sync with the starting offense. Some say Flynn is the man, since the Seahawks invested a lot of money into his free agent contract. Then some say that rookie  Wilson needs to be groomed for the future, making Jackson the odd man out.

Whatever the case, the competition will continue through camp and the pre season games, looking for the starter to emerge.
