Some coming, some going, some visiting. The Seahawks have made no big deals since the NFL Free Agency started on Tuesday.Coach Pete Carrol and GM John Schneider have made signing the Seahawks' own free agents their priority so far. Running back Marshawn Lynch signed last week,  defensive end Red Bryant and special teams standout linebacker Heath Farwell and offensive lineman Paul McQuistan signed yesterday.

Tight end John Carlson, injured all of  last year, signed with the Minnesota Vikings, and offensive lineman Mike Gibson went to the Philadelphia Eagles.

One of last year's major free agent acquisitions, offensive lineman Robert Gallery, was released late yesterday. The release of Gallery comes as a surprise. He was one of the signature additions the team made after the lockout, signed to plug that left-guard spot that has been a black hole of sorts since Steve Hutchinson left as a free agent in 2006.

Speaking of Hutchinson, he visited the Seahawks yesterday. Could Hutch be on his way back to Seattle?

Danny O'Neil of the Seattle Times covers that story here

Also, free agent quarterback Matt Flynn from Green Bay is scheduled to visit the V-MAC today.  According to reports, the Seahawks are very interested in Flynn.
