Prosecutor Brusic Responds To Charging Concerns In Gang Shooting

You may have heard about the recent assault in a popular convenience store on Lincoln Ave in Yakima.  Rival gang members mixed it up inside the store. Three younger, allegedly assaulted move outside and the the original rival perpetrator finishes up and moves outside as well.  Shots are fired but who shot first?  What can be determined from, video, witnesses, local police investigations?  What can you reasonably prove beyond a doubt in a court of law?
