Paving Work Closes I-82 Ramps in Lower Yakima Valley

Major paving work is underway in the lower Yakima Valley and ramp closures are happening between Sunnyside and Prosser as the paving work continues.
Closures of on- and off-ramps of I-82 at Exit 69 are set to happen Wednesday, May 15 through Friday May 17. The ramps will be closed nightly from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
A news release from the State Department of Transportation gives details about other closures this week.
"At Exit 82 both the eastbound and westbound on- and off-ramps will be closed from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Wednesday night, May 15 to Thursday morning, May 16.  Near Grandview, the on-and

off-ramps at Exit 73 are scheduled to be closed from  8:00 p.m. Friday, May 17 to 6:00 a.m. Saturday morning, May 18.
Paving will also be taking place at the intersection of Wine Country Road and Stover Road in Grandview due to alternating one-way traffic from 8 p.m. Thursday night, May 16 until 6 a.m. Friday morning, May 17. "
