Outsmarting Scammers Class At Harman Center Wednesday

How do you protect yourself from scammers? You can take a special class Wednesday at Yakima's Harman Center. The class is called "Outsmarting Scammers” and it's set for 10:00 a.m.  Wednesday, October 24. The center is located at 101 North 65th Avenue.

The one-hour class will be taught by the Yakima Police Department.

“It will discuss steps you can take now to help protect yourself and others,” says Recreation Program Supervisor Leslie Richards.

The “Outsmarting Scammers” class is free and no registration is required.
