We're talking music-infused fundraising folks!  Chinook Fest is teaming up with SOZO Sports of Central Washington to bring the Hop Country Music Festival to the athletic playing fields of SOZO! The recipe is one part beautiful fall weekend, five parts music, three parts food, and unlimited fun!

What Is The Hop Country Music Festival

SOZO Sports Complex in Yakima, WA plays host to thousands of soccer, lacrosse, and football players throughout the year. The Hop Country Music Festival is a new event for Central Washington with all proceeds going toward the goal of supporting the effort of putting even more athletes on the field.

The Hop Country Music Festival will take place September 9th and 10th at SOZO, 2200 S. 36th Avenue in Yakima, WA.  Say, isn't that when Chinook Fest normally happens?  That would be correct,  BUT part of this awesome possum partnership is Chinook Fest happily agreeing to move their well-established party in the pines to the new dates of June 10th through 12th.

Could it be Kacey Musgraves? That would be awesome -BUT- we can't say for sure...SOZO says we are one week away from knowing the answer to that question:

A huge country music headliner will be announced on May 24th, followed by a stacked lineup of Nashville's finest, so throw on your cowboy boots and cowboy hats to join in on a concert experience that gives back to our community!
