* TIMING...MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS
  EVENING. THE SNOW COULD CHANGE TO RAIN SOUTH OF YAKIMA THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS FOR
