More Than 300 People Have Recovered From COVID-19
Yakima Health District officials continue to test people for COVID-19 and the numbers keep growing. However the health district has begun releasing recovery numbers and officials say 338 people have recovered from the virus.
Currently there are at least 1411 cases in Yakima County up from 1237 cases on Friday.
48 people have died. 21 people are hospitalized.
1097 cases were reported last Monday.
19 people 80-years-old or older have died of the virus in the county. That's the largest group. The smallest ? 1 person has died between the ages of 30 and 39-years-old.
47 of the 48 people who have died have had underlying health conditions.
