Lower Valley Mayor Norm Childress Ready For A New Challenge

With three decades of public service, longtime Grandview Mayor Norm Childress now wants to serve the entire county as a Yakima County Commissioner.  The Republican now seeks the open seat of retiring Rand Elliott. He visited the Morning News recently to talk about how his experience has best prepared him for the job.
