Looking for this Fun Weekend! Head to Yakima’s Upper Valley

If you're looking for something to do this weekend don't forget about the Upper Valley Rally on Saturday. The Naches Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Yakima Greenway are hosting the event that will include a car show, a 22 mile bike ride, an Apple Bin Race, a 5k run and a BBQ contest. The event is a fundraiser for the Yakima Greenway and the commerce. Almost most all activities will be free with only the Apple Bin Race and BBQ contest with a fee to participate.

Also going on this weekend the Chinook Pass Community will hold the Nile Valley Days on Saturday and Sunday at Jim Sprick Community Park. That location is at 13680 State Route 410. This event is also a is also a fundraiser for the park and events will include a Watermelon Eating contest, Bingo, River Rescue Demonstrations, live music and a variety of food vendors. This event is also free but one dollar donations are accepted.
