Local Attorney Frustrated After Campaign Signs Defaced or Stolen
Bronson Faul is a Yakima attorney who wants to become a Yakima County Superior Court Judge in Department 2. But Faul is frustrated that someone has been defacing his campaign signs. Maybe you've seen them. The signs read "No more liberal judges vote for Bronson Faul." Faul says he's placed about 120 signs throughout the valley and so far he's had 75 defaced, cut or stolen. Someone has crossed out the word "no" on the signs or cut the word out of the sign. Many are being stolen. Faul says he doesn't know who has been stealing and defacing the signs but he doesn't think his opponent has anything to do with it.
Stealing or destroying campaign signs is a misdemeanor crime but Faul says he doesn't have the time or manpower to try and catch people stealing or destroying his signs.
