Help me push my wife Sara "over the edge"!!!  That's her in the muddy middle between my son-in-law Justin and daughter Dacotah

Watch the video and you'll know all you need to know about this exciting and unique fundraising event coming to Yakima on Saturday June 29th!

The experience of rappelling is routinely described by first time participants as "AWESOME!",  but most people don't have the opportunity to try it, especially down the face of one of their city's more recognizable buildings.  In this case it's the Liberty building at the corner of 3rd Street & Sgt. Pendelton Way.

So the basic idea is to present a unique experience for charitable minded residents. "Would you pay for the adventure, the privilege to rappel" in your town, with the money going to help a local charity?  In this case, the charity of choice is The Wellness House of Yakima.

The Wellness House website describes their mission this way.

"Have you or a loved one been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness? Are you seeking support for you and your family during this difficult time? You've come to the right place.
An inviting and comfortable house located in Yakima, WA, Wellness House is the perfect place for you or your loved one to find encouragement as you deal with new realities in your life. Our goal is to create a community of hope and support for you and your family.
We offer a wide variety of support services, such as those listed below, for individuals diagnosed with cancer, Hepatitis C, Fibromyalgia, chronic pain, ALS, depression and other life-altering illnesses. Shop for a wig or hat before you undergo chemotherapy, or sort through your feelings in a counseling session. Whatever resources and support we can provide you with, we will".

So, the cause is great, the need is great and me - not so great.  I am chicken...er..I.. mean I have bad knees and have already had my turn at rappelling in the Army ....SO...the idea is to raise money to send my adventurous mud running beastly babe of a wife Sara "over the edge."

We need a total of $1,000 per person to take the plunge and we have a week and a half to do it.  Here's how  GO to this  WEBSITE                                                              which is -   give.overtheedge.events/wellnesshouse2019

Then scroll down to  "Participants" and scroll a little farther until you see my name Dave Ettl.  That's where you can donate!

No donation is too great or too small to help Wellness House.  So what do you say KIT listeners?  Can you help us help Wellness house?

Let me say "THANKS" in advance for help with this and thanks again for all the help with the other projects you have helped us with over the years.  KIT listeners are the BEST!
