John Lennon’s Hair Goes on the Block

DALLAS (AP) — A lock of John Lennon's hair is for sale. Heritage Auctions estimates a 4-inch lock of Lennon's hair will sell for at least $10,000 at auction in Dallas on February 20. A German hairdresser trimmed Lennon's hair in preparation for his role as Gripweed in the 1967 film "How I Won The War."
