Hundreds of people lined the street to watch the 92nd annual Veterans Day parade along Yakima Avenue on Sunday.  There were many local veterans groups represented as well as high school marching bands like the Eisenhower High School drum line.

The annual parade had more than 50 entries including a large group of active Marines and Army personnel from the Yakima Training Center. Many WWII veterans from the Yakima Valley were also part of the 2012 Veterans Day parade along Yakima Avenue. The cold weather did not stop the hundreds of people in Yakima from leaving the house to support those who have served our country.
