Harrah Man Charged with First Degree Assault in Last Friday’s Shooting
An 18-year-old man has been charged with first degree assault for shooting his 26-year-old uncle at a home in Harrah last Friday. David Fernandez made an appearance in Yakima County Superior Court on Monday. He is being held on a million dollars bail. County Sheriff's deputies say Fernandez shot his uncle Roberto Ursino after the uncle wanted to end a relationship between the two. The shooting happened at a home in Harrah where both men live. The 26-year-old Ursino remains in critical condition at a Yakima hospital.
