Corporate partnerships have been described as "essential" for nonprofits. The customer base, advertising and influence of successful corporations can help make a huge difference in community awareness and fundraising.

One of KIT's advertisers,The Good Feet Store, is dedicated to making a difference in in the fight against leukemia and lymphoma.  In the months of March and April Good Feet fights the good fight with their support of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS) is a global leader in the fight against cancer and it also happens to be one of the annual recipients of the massive generosity of Rush Limbaugh and his multi-million member audience.  Having Good Feet and Rush on your side is a good place to be.

The LLS mission: Cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS funds lifesaving blood cancer research around the world, provides free information and support services, and is the voice for all blood cancer patients seeking access to quality, affordable, coordinated care.

The good folks at the Good Feet will be accepting donations to support LLS in store and online throughout this March and April and commits to matching a certain amount of donations.

To donate in store, visit The Good Feet Store in Yakima. For online donations, visit MyGoodFeet.com/Cure. Donations made through both methods will qualify for the match from Good Feet NW | SE | Dakotas.
