The fourth suspect in the attempted murder of a Yakima Realtor took her turn facing the judge Thursday in Yakima County Superior Court.

38-year old Jill Taylor is the former daughter-in-law of the victim Vern Holbrook.

According to court documents Taylor tried to poison the older man and helped look for a hit man. Documents show she held a grudge against Holbrook after he stopped paying her rent and car payments. Her bail is set at $1 million.

Three others are being held. Detectives tell KNDO News Taylor is the girlfriend of another suspect 28 year old Daniel Blizzard the man who authorities say lead the plot to have Holbrook killed after a failed attempt to purchase Holbrooks business Aspen Real Estate.

The other two suspects, Luis Gomez-Monges and Adriana Mendez, are also being held in the county jail.

Holbrook continues to recover.
