Drive-Up Facility Being Installed at Yakima Courthouse

You've heard of drive-up windows for restaurants, pharmacies and banks but a courthouse? Yakima County is now installing a drive-up facility to better serve those who want to deliver documents, pay fees and do other business.  County officials say they believe the drive-up facility will reduce the number of people walking into the courthouse as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
After the pandemic is over the facility will make it easier for everyone to do business in the courthouse without having to find a parking space or go through security.
