When you think Thanksgiving, you think, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberries, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie. And just maybe some ice cream on the pie for dessert. BUT...what if all that WAS the ice cream for dessert?

Portland is home to a gourmet ice cream company called Salt & Straw just released five new Thanksgiving ice cream flavors, including:
--Sweet potato casserole with maple pecans
--Apple cranberry stuffing
--Salted caramel Thanksgiving turkey, with bits of turkey skin mixed in
--Spiced goat cheese and pumpkin pie,
--Buttered mashed potatoes and gravy.
