County Officials Working To Replace Norm Childress

County officials and members of the Yakima County Republican Party met last week to talk about the process to replace Yakima County Commissioner Norm Childress who died earlier this month.
Because Childress was a republican, the Yakima County Republican Party will work to find three replacements. The person appointed to fill the remainder of Childress' term will ultimately be chosen by the current Yakima County Commissioners.

The District 3 Commissioner Norm Childress died earlier this month after being diagnosed with advanced pancreatic.
