Counterfeit 100 Bills Floating Around Yakima Businesses Beware

Yakima Police have a warning for local businesses. Watch out for counterfeit $100 bills. Police spokesman Mike Bastinelli says they've received numerous reports from Yakima businesses that have been victims of the fake bills. "We believe there are numerous suspects. So we urge businesses to educate employees on how to spot a counterfeit bill."
Bastinelli says many of the fake bills are easy to spot. Some have Chinese writing on the back others are clearly marked with the words 'for motion picture use only.' He says if you do get one of the bills contact the Yakima Police Department.
