Break Out the Butter! September 25th Could be National Lobster Day!

PORTLAND, Maine (AP) — Happy Lobster Day! Not today, but how about Sept. 25? U.S. senators from New England are introducing a resolution to designate Sept. 25, 2015, as National Lobster Day. Maine's Angus King and Susan Collins say the crustacean deserves some respect. They say thousands of families depend on the lobster industry to make a living. They also note that American lobsters are growing in popularity as a "global delicacy."
