LONDON (AP) — Bee Gees manager Robert Stigwood has died. His office says he died Monday at the age of 81, but a cause of death was not given. Stigwood managed Cream before signing The Bee Gees. He also produced the movie versions of "Jesus Christ Superstar," The Who's "Tommy," and the Madonna version of "Evita," as well as "Saturday Night Fever" and "Grease." He wasn't always a success, though. Stigwood was also responsible for the movie version of "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band."
